We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Services Manager to join our Professional Bookkeeping Service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing full set of financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards, including consolidated financial reports. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting for our clients.

What Will You Do

• Manage and oversee multiple accounting service engagements for corporate clients across various industries.
• Review monthly/quarterly/year-end accounting records, reconciliations, and financial statements prepared under VAS.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to clients on accounting treatments, financial reporting, and regulatory updates.
• Support conversion from VAS to IFRS and provide advisory services related to IFRS implementation (if applicable).
• Supervise, train, and mentor senior and junior team members; review their work and ensure quality control.
• Manage client communications and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with tax, audit, and advisory teams when necessary.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and internal quality control procedures.

What Should You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Vietnam CPA (mandatory).
• Minimum [5–7] years of experience in accounting services, outsourcing, or professional services firms.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and tax regulations.
• IFRS knowledge is preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
• Experience in bookkeeping and accounting services for Japanese-invested companies is highly preferred.
