DECREE NO. 82/2025/NĐ-CP ON DEFERRAL OF VALUE-ADDED TAX, CORPORATE INCOME TAX, PERSONAL INCOME TAX AND LAND RENT IN 2025
On April 2, 2025, the Government issued Decree No. 82/2025/NĐ-CP on the deferral of value-added tax (VAT), corporate income tax (CIT), personal income tax (PIT), and land rent payment obligations in 2025. This Decree is effective from the date of signing until December 31, 2025. Key provisions are as follows:
